1 General Terms

Ak1971 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ak1971 and its users. While these Terms are made available in Bengali, the original legal document is drafted in English — in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2 Registration and account

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use the platform from the same device or IP address, the support team should be notified in advance.

3 Bonuses & Promotions

Ak1971's bonus and promotion offers are designed to enhance your experience on the platform. Each bonus offer comes with specific terms that must be followed. Please review this section of the Terms and Conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New members receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wager of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed (wagering requirement). The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

Reload Bonus & Cashback: Weekly reload bonuses and monthly cashback are offered subject to specific terms. These bonuses are generally valid for 7 days — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

• Attempting to claim the same bonus offer more than once may result in account suspension.

• Withdrawing from your account while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Ak1971 reserves the right to close accounts where bonus offers are misused from the same household or device.

4 Deposits and withdrawals

Ak1971 supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit limits: Minimum deposit is BDT 200. The maximum single deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though in some cases it may take up to 15 minutes.

Withdrawal process: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Large withdrawals may require identity verification. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: determined by account tier
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted
• Ak1971 reserves the right to place a hold on any payment in the event of a suspicious transaction

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on ak1971 adhere to internationally recognized Fair Play standards. All slots and casino games are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

Sports Betting: For Sports Betting, listed odds may change up until the event begins. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled even if the odds change. If a bet is not accepted due to a network issue during live betting, the amount will be refunded.

Match cancellation or postponement: If an event is cancelled or does not conclude within the specified time, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded to the user's account. For express bets covering multiple events, if one event is cancelled, the remaining selections will be recalculated accordingly.

• If your connection drops during an active game, the outcome will be determined based on the data recorded on our servers.
• Ak1971 reserves the right to void any round where a technical error produces an abnormal outcome.
• Placing bets through automated or robotic means is strictly prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak1971 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in account termination and legal action.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Bonus abuse (bonus hunting or bonus abuse)
• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of a third party
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Harassing, threatening, or using inappropriate language toward other users or staff
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor
• Fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes

7 Account suspension and closure

Ak1971 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Registering with false information
• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• Identity Verification Failure
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Users may request account closure at any time. All valid balances should be withdrawn before closing the account, as claiming them afterwards may be a complex process.

8 Limitation of liability

Ak1971 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or game is interrupted due to an internet outage, power failure, or a fault with the user's device
• If a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment provider
• During unplanned server maintenance or upgrades
• Password or data exposure due to the user's own negligence

If a technical error results in incorrect odds or an incorrect amount being credited, ak1971 reserves the right to correct the error and cancel the related transaction. In such cases, the user's original deposit will be refunded.
